The recipe originates from the 1920s from Gabriella's grandmother Emilie. From the very beginning, this recipe has been an integral part of our family's cold cuisine. Since 2006, Gabriella's Sauces Manufacture has been professionally producing this extremely versatile product. Deliciously creamy, slightly spicy, with a hint of mustard, this sauce is made exclusively from the best natural ingredients without the addition of preservatives and flavour enhancers etc. As always, the original recipe contains mustard, rapeseed oil, fruit vinegar, cream and a seasoning stock.
