Our Swiss style root bread is freshly baked according to an old Swiss recipe once we recieve your order. We therefore need two days' notice for bread orders.
Once baked, the bread will be sent to you on the very morning of its completion, and usually reaches you the next morning. We pack the fresh bread in a food-safe plastic bag in which the bread will stay fresh for about 5-6 days.
It can be frozen on receipt, or sliced and toasted for immediate consumption.
Baked briefly in our own oven, it tastes as fresh as from the bakery even after days. (Turn the oven to about 200? C, then bake the bread for about 5 minutes)
