Peeling celeriac and apples. Cut the apples into small cubes, grate the celery into thin strips and immediately sprinkle both lightly with lemon juice. Boil the celery once in salted water and then let it cool down. Mix well together with the apple cubes and Gabriella's salad dressing and garnish with walnut kernels.
