A recipe from Anja and Dirk Leibfried, Cuxhaven
1-2 packages of crayfish, 3-4 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 package of mozzarella, 1 lettuce, 1 rocket salad, 1 pepper, 4 large onions, dill, Province herbs, Gabriella's salad dressing to taste.
Crayfish (refrigerated counter) Tomatoes, carrots, mozzarella, lettuce, rocket salad, peppers and whatever other tasty ingredients you can think of for a colourful salad, cut finely and put into a salad bowl together with Gabriella's salad dressing. At the same time, sauté about 4 large, finely chopped onions in some olive oil and season with paprika, dill and Provence herbs. Add the crayfish shortly before serving and warm up as well. Arrange the salad on plates and sprinkle the crayfish with the onions on top.
