200 g salmon fillet, 200 g cod fillet, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill, Gabriella's salad dressing to taste.
Sprinkle salmon and cod fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper and cut into small pieces. Put the fish and pepper pieces alternately on 4 skewers. Let the skewers fry on a grill and then serve with Gabriella's salad dressing and some dill for decoration.
